Robert von Goeben - CEO
Prior to co-founding Propellerhead Studios, Robert von Goeben spent many years in Silicon Valley venture capital. He was the founder and Managing Director of Starter Fluid, a premier seed-stage venture capital fund backed by some of the nation's leading institutional and corporate investors, including Compaq Computers and the University of Chicago. Before that, Robert was a founding director of Redleaf Venture Management, one of Silicon Valley’s first Internet-focused venture funds.

Prior to joining Redleaf, Robert started and ran the Internet and online division at Geffen Records, establishing the first online presence in the entertainment company. Robert spent many years before that in desktop publishing and digital imaging as an independent consultant and with Applied Graphics Technology Inc., working with Mattel Toys, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures and MCA, among others.

Robert has an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Mathematics from the State University of New York. He also holds two US Patents (6,997,459 & 7,004,569) in the field of electronic games.

Shane Dyer - Chief Technical Officer
Prior to co-founding Propellerhead Studios, Shane was the co-founder and CEO of ActivePhoto Inc. a venture backed digital imaging company partnered with Polaroid and Sprint to deliver internet connected digital camera systems to corporate customers such as Allstate Insurance, Kemper Insurance, and Levy Latham Global.

Before starting Arrayent, Shane was an engineer at C-Cube Microsystems (now LSI logic) working on ASIC development for cable and satellite settop box design and he was Research Scientist at Rockwell Science Center developing low power wireless systems.

Shane holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
